    2. We’re accepting .stl , .stp & .step format. We’ll be adding more formats in future.

  2. Can I upload data of any dimension & shape?

    3. Please check our capabilities page for dimension related information. Upload data file max size is limited to 50MB. For file size more than 50MB, please contact us

  3. How can I make payment?

    4. You can make payment thru credit/debit card, net banking, UPI on our online payment gateway.

  4. What to do if money deducted from my account but order not confirmed?

    5. Please immediately write to us on create@3dsculplab.xyz we’ll help you out.

  5. How do I receive my order?

    6. We’ll courier thru reputed shipping company so that you received your order hassle-free and can track the status on our site. We also provide hand pickup facility in case you wish to arrange your own pick up.

  6. I received my order in damaged condition?

    7. Please write to us on create@3dsculplab.xyz mentioning the order number within 5 working days of order receipt along with the images. Checkout our return policy for more info.

  7. How to know which material is most suitable for my project?

  8. How I can track the order status?

    9. You’ll be receiving email & SMS upon completion of each step. Also, you can track thru order page after logging in to your account.

  9. I want to cancel the order. How can I do that?

    10. You can cancel the order anytime prior to payment confirmation. You cannot cancel once the manufacturing process started. Please refer return & refund policy for more information.
